The Annual Feast of St. John

It’s that festive time of year when we again gather to eat, drink and be merry. No, it’s not Christmas…it’s the Annual Feast of St. John the Baptist! If you’ve attended in the past, you already know this is an event to remember. We are celebrating the 307th anniversary of modern Freemasonry! Come and join us in all the camaraderie and frivolity as we mark this auspicious occasion.
It’s our annual grand 6-course feast with the traditional 7 toasts – where we have fun raising money for the Grand Master’s Project. If you make it to the end of the evening, you are invited to join us on the patio for cigars, drinks and chocolates. Remember that it is a Black Tie event, and that you should bring that “extra cash” for the usual fines that will be levied by the Master. The event is open to non-Masons, but is a MEN ONLY event.

Annual Picnic & Fireworks Party

Join us as we celebrate another year of Independence! Come and watch ALL of the spectacular firework shows throughout the Harbor and the coastline that take place on this quintessential American holiday – Cabrillo Beach, the Queen Mary, Ports o’ Call, Disneyland, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach…
We’ve got a bounce house for the kids!
PLEASE bring a side dish to share. The Lodge will be providing hamburgers and hotdogs this year, and will also have drinks, sodas, and ice available. Tables and chairs will be provided for dinner.
Dinner is served at 6:30 PM and the spectacular firework shows throughout the harbor can be seen from our beautiful deck, beginning at sunset. Bring a comfortable chair if you wish…and don’t forget to bring a warm jacket because the temperature on the patio can be chilly sometimes!
Bring your family and friends! There is plenty of free parking…and no traffic.

You won’t want to miss our traditional Annual Family Christmas Party! The Bob Baker Marionette Theater has been delighting Angelenos and visitors for over 60 years! Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with a show chock-full of whimsical wintery characters like penguins, snowmen, Rudolph, and even Santa Claus himself!
This is always a popular event for the children (and the child in all of us). Bring your children, grandchildren and your neighbors’ kids to see this fun Christmas production.
Don’t forget to invite your coworkers too! Everyone will have fun that this special annual event.
And we hear tale that Santa will be visiting us again, giving stockings to the children in attendance as well as giving them their very own photo opportunity with Santa in his bright red sleigh. Refreshments will be served after the puppet program. Plan to have a lot of fun!
